My name is Sierra Altenbach and I am a yoga enthusiast with a knack for making connections. I believe yoga fosters community and connection which is why I am so excited to be here! I have personally been involved with yoga since 2017 and became an instructor in 2018. As a yoga instructor, I feel it is important to hold space for individuals as well as to collectively tap into and harness our inner power to create positive ripple effects everywhere we go. I believe, whole-heartedly, that I was brought to yoga for waking up my heart and my mind. I was stuck in a mental pattern that wasn’t fulfilling me, and yoga propelled me into huge mental, emotional and spiritual shifts.
