JOURNALING 101 & GROUP DISCUSSION
We will be discussing our expectations of journaling, debunking some of those expectations, and working on a journal prompt together. This workshop is conversation-based so we will discuss our experience with journaling, how to start a journaling practice, and we will share our writings, if we choose to, with each other.
Please be sure to have a writing utensil and paper/notebook/journal for this workshop.

My name is Sierra Altenbach and I am a yoga enthusiast with a knack for making connections. I believe yoga fosters community and connection which is why I am so excited to be here! I have personally been involved with yoga since 2017 and became an instructor in 2018. I believe, whole-heartedly, that I was brought to yoga for waking up my heart and my mind. I was stuck in a mental pattern that wasn’t fulfilling me, and yoga propelled me into huge mental, emotional and spiritual shifts. Please join us to paint a masterpiece for your office.

- It can be either a wrapped canvas (which would be a little bit thicker and more expensive) or a normal 12 x 12 canvas. Both types are available on Amazon or Michaels.

- Acrylic paint - bottles or tubes

- 1/2 inch flat brush
- Small round brush for detail
