I am so excited for this next leg of the journey. I was so glad that I was at Pinnacle Capital when purchased by FOA. I feel like we all believed in the idea of FOA enough in the early days to get us through some growing pains while we were evolving into what we are today. For us to be going public and taking this next step just affirms what so many of us saw in the beginning and helped to manifest. I am so excited to be here now.

I have personally been involved with yoga since 2017 and became an instructor in 2018. As a yoga instructor, I feel it is important to hold space for individuals as well as to collectively tap into and harness our inner power to create positive ripple effects everywhere we go. I believe, whole-heartedly, that I was brought to yoga for waking up my heart and my mind. I was stuck in a mental pattern that wasn’t fulfilling me, and yoga propelled me into huge mental, emotional and spiritual shifts.
