JOURNALING 101 & GROUP DISCUSSION
We will be discussing our expectations of journaling, debunking some of those expectations, and working on a journal prompt together. This workshop is conversation-based so we will discuss our experience with journaling, how to start a journaling practice, and we will share our writings, if we choose to, with each other.

My name is Sierra Altenbach and I am a yoga enthusiast with a knack for making connections. I believe yoga fosters community and connection which is why I am so excited to be here! I have personally been involved with yoga since 2017 and became an instructor in 2018.
